Made to order items are usually dispatched in about 2-3 weeks.

Individual delivery times are available on each product page so we advise to always check the estimated delivery time on your chosen product. Once they are ready to be shipped you will recieve an email.

All items are sent via our tracked service Please allow 24-48 hours for delivery.

READY TO SHIP

Items which are in stock, we use FastTrack delivery which allows you to get your items in as little as 24 - 48 hours which is a tracked service.

• All items which are placed before 4 pm will be dispatched the SAME DAY.

• All orders which are placed after 4 pm will be dispatched the NEXT DAY.

Please note that we will always refer to dispatch/delivery days as business days (Mon-Fri). Orders that are placed after 10am on Fridays or on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available business day or second working day in the case of curtains. You will be advised of the dispatch date at the point of adding this service on the basket page.

Delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays.
